Cancellation & Refund Policy
At Canolio Gourmet, we protect both our clients and CannaChefPros with the following policy:
Service Charge:
The 15% service fee is non-refundable.
Menu Cost Refunds:
- Cancellations made more than eight (8) days prior to the scheduled event shall be eligible for a refund of the event cost, less an administration fee equal to fifteen percent (15%).
- Cancellations made between one (1) and seven (7) days prior to the scheduled event shall be eligible for a refund equal to fifty percent (50%) of the menu cost, less an administration fee of fifteen percent (15%)
- Cancellations on the day of the event: no refund.
How to Cancel:
Send a written cancellation request. Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Exceptions:
Force majeure events may override this policy or allow Canolio Gourmet to cancel.
No-Show Policy:
If the Chef arrives and no one answers the door, they will try to contact the host by email and by phone using the number provided to Canolio Gourmet, and will wait 30 minutes. If there is still no response, the Chef will leave, and no refund will be issued.
Refund Processing:
Refunds may take up to 5 business days (7 days internationally) to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
